William Foss is producing his own label now: Foss Pinot Noir 2012, is a single vineyard, 100% Pommard. Grapes are grown on the Blue Cottage Ranch, on Eastside Road. Elegant and fine like a French Pinot....it stands at the same level of the best Russian River Pinot Noir!
Cultus Boni: "the good harvest". This special Chianti Classico Reserve is one of its kind in Tuscany. Produced in Gaiole in Chainti by Badia a Coltibuono....this wine is organic and Canneti is the only restaurant carrying it.
Passalaqua does not distribute to restaurants..the production is too small and always sell out. But Canneti is serving Sauvignon Blanc, Longo Vineyard to die for.
