Reservations at Canneti
Canneti is a small, artisan establishment and the food is prepared by order. To ensure quality service we always recommend to place a reservation.
Parties of more than 4 Guests are require to call to secure a table. We accept walk-in, we gently ask our Guests to keep in mind we do not seat more than 6 Guests every 30 minutes.
Parties of more than 4 Guests need to secure reservation by providing a valid credit card. Please see c/c policy.
Credit card charges: We ask all cancellations for parties requiring cc to advise with the manager in charge:
24 hours advance cancellation notice for parties of 5-6 Guests.
48 hours advance cancellation notice for parties of 7-9 Guests
72 hours advance cancellation notice for parties of 10 Guests and up
Parties over 10 Guests require a set menu and a non refundable deposit of 25%.
Opentable Reservations: all reservations made through Opentable require a credit card number and 24/h cancellation. Canneti staff is not allowed to cancel these reservation after 24/h.
Both Opentable and regular reservations requiring a credit card on file missing the cancellation time or making a ‘no show’ will be charged 35$ per person.Service charge of 5%, gratuity of 20% and sale taxes apply to all penalties. It is at manager discretion to refund part of the penalty charges by mailing a courtesy gift card. In any case courtesy card will refund the penalty fee for two guests only.
Canneti also charges 25$ per every guest missing when the guests attending are half or less of the original party.
We warmly recommend to confirm on line reservations by calling the restaurant as, occasionally the restaurant will stop accepting reservations before scheduled closing time.
Gift Cards
Canneti Roadhouse prints three kinds of gift cards:
1-donations
2-courtesyy cards given for late cancellation fee policy
3-regular ( these cards pay sale taxes at the moment card is purchased)
Cards 1-2-3 can not be use to pay gratuity and they are not redeemable during charitable events, cards 1-2-3 are not to be combined with promotions at the restaurant such as free corkage Wednesdays, Sonoma Restaurant Week, Dining Out For Life ect. Please be aware that if you present card 1 or 2 on Wednesday nights and you bring your own wine you will be charged corkage. Cards 1 and 2 are not redeemable during major Holidays such as Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve and Christmas. Cards 1 are sometimes not redeemable during the week-ends, manager in charge will decide case by case. Please read what your card says on the last page.
Kids and Pets at Canneti Roadhouse Italiana
Canneti Restaurant welcomes families with kids and offers kid’s menu items such as kid pasta with choice of condiments. We gently ask parents to keep their kids at the table and under close surveillance.
Please strap your kid on the high chair and ask your server about the use of crayons and toys at the table.
Canneti is also a pet friendly restaurant. We have a beautiful back garden where your dog can join its masters for lunch and dinner. Pets have to be at leash at all time, gardens are not for them to relieve themselves. Please take your pets for a walk in the park in front of the restaurant before you attend your reservation. Dogs will be served water and a toasted bone shaped bread.
