Easter Day 2024
Easter is a major Holiday in Italy. Florence and Siena traditional menus include lamb, artichokes, fresh pecorino cheese and fava beans. Here below a reviewed version of this Tuscan traditions. Dessert is a classic rice and custard cake from Massa, my Italian home town. When I was a kid my grandma used to take her rice cakes to the local bakery where the cakes were cooked in a wood burning oven. Weather allowing, patio will be open for lunch. This menu will be served along with our regular menu.
